Who we are:
Exquisite Event Service was created to offer hospitality and event companies, well trained, insured, reliable staff that would be a seamless fit into an organization . Since our inception in 2017, we have been working with the areas most notable caterers, private clients and venues. Our service procedures have undoubtedly put us as the first call for anyone that’s truly expecting exquisite service.
Who we hire:
We hire and train servers and bartenders as well as culinary staff. We are always looking for employees who know and understand the hospitality and customer service that’s required for the industry. Through a relationship with a number of colleges we also hire through hospitality and culinary programs throughout the area.

Our Commitment
Regardless of previous experience, all Exquisite Event Service staff members go through in-person service training conducted by the Exquisite Event Service management as well as an annual in-person refresher workshop. No employee will be on the event floor without having met with the partners of Exquisite Events and deemed fit for service.
What we will do for you:
- ● Provide reliable, trained and knowledgeable event staff for front and back of the house .
- ● Provide staffing specific to your requirements and needs.
- ● Create a preferred staffing list to provide you with familiar staff for even greater confidence and all around productivity.
- ● Provide shift leads or managers for your event.
○ We add a working staff manager for all events when Exquisite Event Service is 10 or more staff members are present. We provide this service of on-site working management at our lead server/staff manager rate.
- ● A polished and professional appearance from all staff members.
- ● Seamless integration of our staff with your own staff.
- ● Accurate, timely and complete record keeping with regard to staff hours, jobs and pay rates to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services. Our invoicing procedures include:
- ● Customized invoices
- ● On-site dedicated time sheets for our staff, signed off on by the contracting event manager at the end of each event.
- ● Photo attachments of those time sheets as well as a fully calculated time sheet with each invoice.
- ● Standardized invoicing and billing procedures to ensure timely communication.
- ● Complete flexibility. You can hire us for a single event or multiple events based on your needs and schedule. You can give us a day’s notice or book a date or dates weeks to months in advance.(The more advanced notice the better for coordination purposes)
- ● On-demand staffing for events of any size..
- ● Comprehensive event follow-up by a member of the event management team to review staff performance
- ● Knowledge that all Exquisite Event Service staff members have been thoroughly vetted through their references and CORI background checks when requested by our clients.
- ● Knowledge that all I-9 and W-4 requirements have been met for all Exquisite Event Service employees.
Insurances:
- ● Two million dollars in liquor and general liability coverage, $2,000,000 in excess coverage and $1,000,000 in workers’ compensation coverage.
- ● The ability to be listed on our insurance coverage as additional insured, or to have us listed as the primary insurance. (Charges may be applicable in some circumstances)
Special Services: Bar Service
From intimate gatherings to large private and corporate events we provide TIPS certified, insured, experienced bartenders and bar service. Additionally we provide the following services:
- ● Bar set-up and breakdown
- ● Bar service equipment
- ● Event design and consultation
- ● Custom bar amenities, (including but only) paper products, garnishes, mixers
- ● Custom drink menus including signature cocktail creation and preparation
- ● Coordination of rentals (mobile bar, glassware), delivery of ice and beverages
- ● Assistance with any necessary permitting depending on the nature of the event
- ● Delivery of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Wait Staff and Utility Staff Service
- ● Our staff will work with the event manager and caterer to provide event setup and breakdown, meal service, beverage service, dessert and coffee service and back of the house services
Specific services available include:
- ● Room setup including tables, chairs, linens, place settings
- ● Buffet setup and breakdown
- ● Passing hors d’oeuvres
- ● Plated meal sweep service
- ● Beverage service
- ● Dessert and coffee service — including wedding cake service
- ● Light food preparation
- ● Clearing and cleanup — including dishwashing Wait staff and utility staff services may be further customized to meet your specific event needs.
All services include communication and coordination before the event.
Event Management:
In addition to providing staff and a staff manager as outlined previously, Exquisite Event Service can provide experienced event managers to coordinate all day-of aspects of the event and other vendors on your behalf regardless of whether or not Exquisite Event Service bar and wait staff are on site.
Our policies and staffing rates:
Exquisite Event Service employees are available to work twenty four hours a day, seven days a week 365 days in a year.
There is a 4-hour minimum shift requirement. In the event that an employee’s shift call is less than 4 hours or for some reason without cause ends before 4 hours, you will be billed for the minimum 4 hours.
Out of fairness to our staff, staffing cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are also subject to the 4 hour minimum charge.
Our policy for overtime is time and one half for employees working over forty hours in one week on-site .
Our holiday pay policy is time and one half for Federal holidays as defined below:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Day
- Christmas Eve
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Christmas Day
All other holidays are considered to be regular work days.
Staffing Rates:
*All rates are per hour per employee and include all payroll taxes and applicable insurance, including, but not limited to: FICA, Unemployment Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation Insurance. We have an exceptional staff, included, but not limited to:
- Manager
- Lead Server
- Bartender
- Waitstaff Utility
- Prep
- Chefs

For events 30 miles or greater outside the Boston area there is a travel fee based on the time of travel per employee. Rates and requirements for events greater than 75 miles outside the Greater Boston area vary. Please contact Exquisite Event Service for more information.
Additional Information about Exquisite Event Service:
Our in-person TIPS certification training is conducted by EES management members certified as TIPS trainers.
As part of our commitment to providing the most knowledgeable and reliable staff in the industry, we provide quarterly TIPS refresher workshops and require all staff members to participate in at least one refresher workshop annually.
All event managers have taken and passed the crowd manager training certification program offered by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security.
